I’m Gareth and I run My Window Cleaner across Newport and the surrounding areas.

I’m a real people person and I take a lot of pride in my work. Having been in service businesses for more than 20 years, I love seeing customers and going above and beyond their expectations. Put simply, if my customers like me and like the sheen on their windows, then they’ll invite me back!

I’ve had window cleaners myself, but they didn't come back after the first couple of times. I’m changing all that with a fresh approach: shining service by using the modern Reach & Wash system, and keeping our customers informed when we’ll be with them next.

You’ll receive an email to let you know when we’ll be with you – we’ll turn up in a distinct blue and white van so you can’t miss us. And we take payments in cash, bank transfer or cheque, whichever suits you best. We can set up regular visits every four or eight weeks.

I believe if you can do just that one little extra touch on a job, you should do it. People want the best we can do for their money, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver on every clean.
